The cutoff list which was published for JEE Mains 2019 had the cutoff marks for SC as 54.019 and the minimum marks to qualify for IIT in CS branch means a minimum marks of 70 after which you can score a rank of around 17000 which will land you for an IIT in CS branch in 2-3 colleges.
