You should be having around 550 to 580. That should be enough. But, if you are giving exam next year, I would advise you to aim for a little higher as cutoffs generally rise each year.

To secure a seat in govt medical colleges of Bihar a score of 550+ is a safer side. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure your seat in govt colleges

Although cut off varies from year to year, you should score at least 530+ to be on the safe side.
