Dear Rahul, its the first time that the NEET exam is conducting after AIIMS and JIPMER exams were removed. So, guessing the cut offs at this time won't be appropriate.

Since AIIMS is the top ranked medical college in India so to get admission you must be aiming the top ranked. Also AIIMS give percentile and NEET gives scores so we can't predict the minimum rank that could fetch you seat in AIIMS.
Either AIIMS will have a method to change the NEET score to percentile or it may consider NEET scores. The official statements are yet to be released. So we can wait for the official notice.

For general student, rank is 52 where as for OBC it turns out to be 5590, for Sc Students it is 1143 and for ST students it is 4478.
