You can choose MIT World Peace University, Pune over Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai. MIT WPU has a better infrastructure and a better faculty student ratio. Also it's a UGC approved college and being a private state university, it may have better future opportunities. Though this college takes a lot of student specifically for CSE. Take decisions wisely.
