Hello student due to some technical glitch sometimes payment deducted but didn't reach to the gateway and bounce back in your account please contact your respective bank with the transaction numbers and ask them to refund your money. You can mail the details to your bank also if you're unable to visit bank during lockdowon.

Dear Aspirant,

It seems like your payment might stuck due to network issues. In these cases it will resolve within few hours. Either the payment will be reflected on the desired platform or you will have the money refunded back in your account.

In case the payment is not done and money is not refunded, contact your bank.
