As you are a dropper of jee mains in 2021 so definitely you have to be at a better preparation level than non droppers. Being from st category you would require not a very high score.

But i would advise you to score as much as possible . For you a score 86+ percentile would be good. It would help you to get nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut, Trichy, warangal, surathkal and many more.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like:-

1. Number of candidates appearing in the examination.
2. Number of vacant seats in college.
3. Previous years cut offs.
4. Difficulty level of the paper.
