Hi

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category

In neet 2019 , 471 marks for general category was the lowest marks for getting a govt quota seat in Private Medical College, under MP State quota and it was for Amaltas Institute of Medical Sciences

But this year neet cut off marks has increased a lot

So , you should have at least 500 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination for govt quota seat in private medical college

Now that your Neet results are out
to get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thankyou
