You didn't mentioned the name of the entrance exam. In general the syllabus for most of the entrances is the BSc syllabus. So you can broadly follow this syllabus until and unless you are preparing for exams like TIFR-GS or JEST. These two exams have different perspectives in their entrance and demand some extra knowledge.
