Both the courses have their own worth as M.Sc IT is one of the post graduation degree in IT domain whereas B. Tech IT is an undergraduate level bachelor's degree in IT domain.M.Sc IT focuses on both practical and theoretical aspects whereas B. Tech IT focuses more on the practical applications.
