It completely depends upon your interest.First learn the potential inside you.If you are good at coding plus you have an interest in understanding the workings of a computer then you can go for Msc Computer science.However if you are good at applied mathematics and have also completed maths in Bsc related maths course then you can easily opt for Mathematics since Maths is not that easy.
