Yes, it is possible to pursue Msc in physics after doing bsc in IT.
Now, it is a good thought and step to do msc after bsc.
Because there are not many opportunities for bsc in india or may be the Pay scale is less.
So, for msc physics you will have a good scope and definitely you will make future in this.
So, don't think much. After bsc IT you can fo msc from physics easily.
