You can Start solving previous year question paper of CSIR, you will get to know about the question pattern of the exam and difficulty level of the exam.

I would recommend you to Focus more on quantum mechanics related subject like nuclear, statemech and atomic and molecular physics, I think these papers are enough to crack for net.

Manage your time efficiently and revise things multiple times.
