Msc in physics and Msc in information technology is two seperate thing and totally different fields. In physics, you will learn the pure physics and mathematics in details, application of physics.

Whereas in information technology you will learn about the latest technology invented and know to apply the the knowledge of computer science.

Physics and computer related subjects are two seperate things there is very less relationship in between them.
