I hope you are fine. As per your mentioned query, see you cannot do Mtech just after your 12 because Mtech is a postgraduate programme that will be done after your undergraduation. Firstly you have to complete your undergraduate course after that you will be able to apply for Mtech course otherwise not.

And for undergraduate degree, you can do Btech as it is the standard course of duration 4 years. It provides you good experience and knowledge as well.
