As you said you applied for Neet so it seems like you are from Science (PCB) in 10+2 . Here are many more courses and exam which can you applied for. I tried to summarise these courses as below
1. Neet : It is a common entrance exam for MBBS and BDS exams for different medical colleges across India. Many private universities also accept the Neet score card for the admission.
2. AIIMS : This exam is held for entrance in different AIIMS institute of india.
3. B.Sc Nursing : It is a 4 year course for 10+2 PCB students who have minimum of 45% marks.
4. B.P.T. : it is a course of 4.5 years for physiotherapist who can help the temporary disabled persons.
5. D. Pharm : It is a medical diploma course of two years in Ayurveda.
6. BMLT : It is a bachelor degree of 3 years for medical lab technicians.
7. B.Sc. : it is a common bachelor degree for Science students you can apply with your 12th score card in any University in your area.
So , Don't be confused there are a lot of courses and you can choose anyone of them according to your choice in which field you wanna pursue your career.

You have plenty if options. You can go for graduation course like bsc, you you could prepare for jobs like bank clerk..etc etc
It deends on you and your intrest.
