There are many boards in India which issue marksheets which are quite large in order to be able to scan them. So if you uploaded half the marksheet and it contains all the necessary details such as your statement of marks against respective subjects and clearly mentions your name and other necessary details such as enrollment or application number, roll number and year of passing, then it won't be a problem at all and won't cause an issue.
