In my Xth and XIIth marksheet there is differencc between last name of my mother's name, What Kind of issue it will create?

Hey

Usually, the different mother's surname in 10th and 12th mark sheet doesn't lead to any major issue while appearing for ECIL GET. But for safety purpose, you may get an affidavit duly notarized and keep it with your documents.

This will solve your issue. You can also apply for correction in CBSE. If they reject your demand, then you can file writ in HC to direct CBSE to rectify errors.
