Sorry to say friend but you can't. It is a very high demanding college. For admission in AKG eihtr you need a very good upsee rank or a very good percentage like 90+ . The least % they need is 75% in pcm. I know this all because I have been there for my admission too.
There are many other good colleges you can try for.

              Yes,  You can. Ajay Kumar Garg college of engineering take candidates through UPSEE. SO UPSEE 'S eligiblity criteria at 10+2 is 45%!..
