Firstly, if you are a student without Biology as your subject(as you mentioned PCM aggregate ), you are not even allowed to appear for the NEET exam. Secondly, I don't think you eligible for the exam as the criteria for the same if 50%in you PCB.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the NEET UG score is the main deciding factor of which college you might get. You just need to keep an aggregate of 50% in your 12th boards in physics, chemistry and biology if you belong to geenral category and that drops to 40 if you are a reserved category candidiate.

Regardless of whatever score you have in neet, to be eligible to secure admission in a medical college through neet you will have to know the qulaifying marks for neet which is - UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).
You will need to have the above marks as this is the basic eligibility criteria.
