Yes , you can apply for NDA exam even if you are from 12th commerce field but for this examination you have to complete your graduation. You can check out for which field you want to go from NDA exam and check its requirements for graduation because some fields need physics and chemistry subject in its graduation subject so you can first search for your post and then decide.

Yes ,you are eligible to apply for the NDA (National Defence Academy) Exam ,but

only for the Army wing.

You are not eligible for applying in Indian Air Force or Naval as the qualification

for these two is candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Maths 

as compulsory subject from a recognized Board.
