Dear Satyam,

You have mixed up 2 things together - 1 is whether you want to crack NDA and you want to know the eligibility and other related knowledge and second is that you do not want to take NDA and want to take admission in some govt. college.

So, if you can clarify your question, we can help you better. For admission into some govt. college, you need to first decide the stream you want and also the state where you want to pursue graduation from, as most of the govt. colleges have domicile criteria.

You are from Commerce with Maths stream so you can opt for B.Com(Hons) course. See, admission process and eligiiblity criteria vary from college to college. Many colleges offer admission to Undergraduate courses on the basis of marks in the qualifying exam (Class 12th).
Like, Delhi University offer admission to most of the UG courses on the basis of merit.
And, GGSIPU conducts entrance test for admission to UG courses.
