Hey Shaily,

For B.Com you can apply without maths but for hons Maths is compulsory in University of Delhi. Also every university/institute has its own criteria. In SET for BCom hons maths is required. BHU B.Com Hons you should have economics or maths or finance or commerce etc. So in any good institute you should have maths for B.Com Hons.
