Based on your rank of CMR 5470 and OBC category rank 1511, it won't be possible to get fashion designing in NIFT.

Last year the last rank admitted in OBC category in any course is CMR 4647.

You can apply in private colleges like pearl academy, ISDI, MIT, UID, symbiosis, FDDI which are also top ranked colleges.
