You haven't mentioned your Home State. Analysing the previous year data, you have fair chances of getting a seat for CSE in IITs. You may not get the top IITs but you can definitely try for medium to lower IITs. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
