The closing ranks in the various departments vary each year and depends on the following few factors:

• Number of candidates appeared in the written examination.
• Number of seats available in the participating institutions.
• Number of candidates qualified in the exam.
• Difficulty level of exam.

According to previous few year's cutoff and closing rank trends, Amrita Coimbatore campus took till ranks 2747 (Open quota rank) in ECE and 1813 in CSE in 2017. This rank trend changes every year. So sit tight and hope for the best.
