You need to be a minimum of 17 years old by the 31st of December of the year in which you are giving the Neet exam so you are more than that and you are eligible for giving the examination best of luck

According to neet ug official notification for minimum age limit criteria, you will definetly be allowed to give neet ug exam in 2019.
