According to the results after 1st and 2nd round of counselling in AIIMS MBBS 2018, AIR 5455      (SC‐113) and AIR 10471 (SC‐203) were the last rank for AIIMS Rishikesh in respective rounds.

And for this year, the AIR 6947 (SC-109) is the last rank for the same AIIMS which highly indicates that you may have great chance to get into the same in the 2nd round. In addition to that, your AIR 9693 as mentioned in notice of Announcement of First Round of Online Seat Allocation / Counselling for MBBS 2019 Course also supports the predictment.
