Hi Candidate! You cannot get nagpur or guntur college because of you belong to general or ur category. You get an AIIMS seat with the score of atleast 130+. But clear only coutoff marks did not bring you a seat you have to score more as compare to cutoff to remain in the safe side. But you definitely get a seat in other colleges. You may also try for a counseling. Feel free to ask any doubt.
