There are chances that you can get a seat in good NITs of India like NIT Nagpur but you may not get CSE or ECE branch.

If not NITs than some IIITs are also a great alternative if you want don't want admission in small or low ranked NITs .

But as you are of ST category I hope there will not be any problem in getting decent NITs in India.

If this is your CRL rank then you can get top branches in some of the best NITs and IIITs. Also if this is your category rank then you might get some decent branches in top NITs and IIITs.
