my AIR is 35987 and obc category rank is 14587.marks 524, state rank is 4690. i belong to U.P. which college can i expect under state quota?

Hey.
The cut off for admission in government colleges in Uttar Pradesh under the State quota for the OBC category in the previous year 2018 was a rank of 56758 and a score of 429 marks.
The cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty or level of Competition etc. This year as the paper was easier the cut off based on marks will be higher than before.
Considering your rank, and the previous year last rank you might have some chance of Admission here.
