Dear Shireen, in 2018 under State Quota, 429 marks secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College under OBC Category. That was the cut off. Going by previous cut offs and your score, You have a fair chance of getting a seat in either Lala Lajpat Rai or Motilal Nehru  Government Medical College.
