• SIHM Hamirpur
• SIHM Kurukshetra
• SIHM. Kozhikode
• SIHM Gangtok
• SIHM Bathinda
• SIHM Silvassa
• SIHM Rohtak
• SIHM Tiruchirapalli
• SIHM Panipat

With your rank, IHM's are not possible, because last time the closing ranks for central government IHM's were around 7,000
