Last year Mbbs cut off for SC candidates in SCB Medical college was rank 35962 under state quota and rank 33468 under AIQ.
Cut off for BDS was rank 64235 under state quota and  73345 under AIQ at SCB dental college.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a BDS seat at 50209 in SCB Medical college.

Cut off for Mbbs in orrissa for SC was rank 61257 in SLN Medical college under state quota and rank 49070 at PRM Medical college, Baripada.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a mbbs seat at 50209.

I'm sorry but looking at last year's cutoffs, I don't see any hope in getting a seat in SCB medical college with your rank under the 85% State Quota seats. Although there are a few colleges in Odisha that you stand a fair chance in if you go through the 85% State reserved seats. These are-
SLN Medical College and Hospital, Koraput
Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir
Government Medical College and Hospital, Balasore
Try your luck in these institutions for government MBBS seat.
