Since you have a good All India Rank so you have a very good State Rank as well. In Maharashtra around 456 MD seats, 138 MS seats, 134 PG Diploma and 380 MDS seats will be allotted through Maharashtra PG medical admission 2019 under 50% state quota seats in various Private and Government Colleges. You might get a clinical branch in the Government College but your choice of subject is not guaranteed.
