My all india rank is 210880 and sc category rank is 16722 with Delhi quota. Can I get a mbbs govt college in Lucknow or bangalore?

Hello,
If I consider previous years record, then the chances to get admission in government colleges are almost impossible. But anyways, There is no loss in trying, because the cut off vary every year depending upon the difficulty level of the questions paper and availability of seats.
