As you are having the rank very good in number and you can easily go into any of the college apt for your performance ....when you go through the college by the process of counselling you will get fee reimbarrsment too......when you add core branches in that counsellig process of selecting colleges than they are chances for you too get fee crash and core branch as well...so go for the counselling and find your way.
