So with regard to your query, the age eligibility for a child to join in 1st class according the Right to Education Act, is 6 years or more than that of 6 years. So, if your daughter had joined nursery in 3 years, then she need to complete her 5 years of age at the UKG and should step into 1st class with 6 years of age.
