If we see last year's Delhi university's, you will realize that their's a cut- throat competition for getting a seat in b com.
However, if we see the fifth cutoff of last year you are still on a borderline of getting a seat.

• Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar College- 87.50%
  
• Kalindi college (women) - 87%
  
• Bharti college (women) - 86%
  

4th cutoff list 2018,

• Aditi mahavidyalya- 85%
  

You can get admission in evening colleges as well.

Hello dear aspirant

There is a very less chance for you to get admission in the 2nd or 3rd cutoff,  you have to wait for 4th and 5th cutoff,  where you can fetch a seat in the off campus colleges.
With 86%,  you are on the edge,  aa few vacant seats and you may get a seat but after the 1st cutoff admissions,  you could probably make it to the office campus colleges.
