Hello Sir,
According to NEET UG Guidelines, A candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.

This means, that for NEET 2019, you should be at least 17 years old on December 31, 2018. Which means you should have been born not later than December 31, 2002.
So, Keep Calm you are eligible for the NEET-UG 2019. Be ready for the examination. I hope you come up with flying colors. We are happy to have you on board.
