As per the previous year cutoff trends, here are the cutoffs over the year for OBC category candidates  -

• In 2018 - cutoff marks - 75, cutoff rank - 258
• In 2017 - cutoff marks - 296, cutoff rank - 61
• In 2016 - cutoff marks - 236, cutoff rank - 79

It seems as if you have very slim to no chance of getting a seat in BHU as your score and rank don't fit the cutoff range. Although, don't lose hope as cutoffs change every year and wait patiently for the rounds. But do take care to keep a lookout for other institutes as well to make sure you get a seat in your desired place.
