my brother got 47300 in neet obc category can he get mbbs seat in any private medical college in India, especially in Kerala

You can , you Should have already applied for KEAM , but you would have to wait till the final admissions that take up near August , i.e the spot Admissions , if the rank that you have stated Above is the OBC Category Rank , And your Best Bet is Minority Colleges . All The Best
