If you have your caste certificate ie BC or obc then only you can fill in the neet application form your class as OBC .

Without certificate you will be considered general category candidate. So caste certificate is mandatory .

You will have to upload caste certificate along with other necessary documents.

Post card size photo

Aadhar card number , ID proof

Caste certificate

PH certificate if applicable

Birth certificate

Class x mark sheet

Your signature

Your left and right hand thumb impressions
