It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors.

**Previous year's cut-offs for MBBS in Government Medical College, Nalgonda was 431 for SC Category candidates. So to be on safe side try to get a score above 450+.

**Cut-offs depends on many factors like number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, caste category, number of students appeared in the exam, etc.
