As you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you with an accurate information but although according to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs until and unless you deserves Home State quota as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
