From the past years cut offs trends and considering your rank .
You have a chance to get civil in following nits from the home state quota :

Nit Agartala
Nit Durgapur
Nit Goa
Nit Meghalaya
Nit Patna
Nit Jamshedpur
Nit kurukshetra
Nit trichupalli
Nit Calicut
Nit Arunachal Pradesh

Etc.
There may be up and down in the cut offs depending upon the other students preference and choices.
