Hope you are doing well!! As per your concern see if there remains any availability of seats then only 2nd round of counseling will occur. If all the seats were filled in 1st round of counseling then there will be no 2nd round of counseling and they will inform via website. And regarding your rank see you belong to reserved category but then also your rank is too high to get those colleges. Hope for the best you may also get those government colleges or rather you can go with private colleges. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.
