Now the colleges which you are looking for admission are really good colleges and has a good academic records and as you have not mentioned branch in which you are interested so telling more would not be possible but definitely you can try in this colleges because this are some good options and your rank shows a positive chance of securing admission only the thing is for some top branches you can face a high competition rather all will be fine.
