Your CML rank means your common merit list rank which has been prepared from performance of individual students without the consideration of any relaxed criteria. To give you an estimate, the best colleges require below 500 rank in CML. So chances are very slim for you to get any good college however if you belong from ST category luck may favour you because generally the closing cml rank for ST goes very high. So there maybe a chance to get in some polytechnic institute which are average. So don't lose hope. Hope this answers helps!
