I think it will be difficult to get NIFt Patna with this rank. Last year it was 545 closing rank for NIFT Patna.

Yes, you can get NIFT Kannur, not surely but chances are there say for 80%.

Sorry but i don't know about the procedure. Yes they have such courses but i really do not know about thr procedure and is it worth doing Bfetch from VIT Chennai or not.
