Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
164 Category merit rank is very nice and it would definitely fetch you a seat in both NIFT Kannur and Bangalore since the final closing rank for them were 926 and 319 respectively for the year 2018.

But total seats are 117 as shown in nift website for mdes
